Why do Galicians live so long?

The average life expectancy in Galicia has reached a new record, 83.3 years old. Men live to the age of 80 and women live a little over 86 years old. Japan is the only country having a higher average. A healthy diet made of fresh products seems to be one of the main reasons but also living less stressed, enjoying nature, breathing fresh air and getting more exercise look like important ones.
